At Somma, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our products. However, we understand that each customer’s needs are unique. For this reason, we provide a 60-day return window for all purchases made through our website, provided the items meet the condition requirements outlined below. This policy is designed to ensure you can try our products with confidence and peace of mind.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 60 days of receiving their order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The product must be returned in full, including all original components and any packaging or storage cases that were supplied with the order.
- If additional products were purchased at a discounted rate following the initial order, customers may return or cancel either those additional products or the entire order (including the original product).
- The original product cannot be refunded independently if additional products remain in the customer’s possession.
Subscription Orders & Early Cancellation
If you purchased your Somma product under a subscription plan and received your shipment, but later decide to cancel the subscription before two successful billing cycles have been completed, the following conditions apply:
- The price you paid at checkout reflects a discounted subscription rate.
- To cancel the subscription before two successful subscription charges (the initial charge at checkout and the following scheduled charge), you must pay the difference between the subscription price you received and the standard one-time purchase price of the same product.
- Cancellation without any additional charges is only available after two successful subscription charges have been processed.
- Once the price adjustment is settled, you may proceed with cancellation at any time.
This policy ensures fairness between subscription and one-time purchase customers and prevents misuse of subscription-based discounts.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns if the order is incomplete. This includes cases where:
- the product itself is not included,
- or any packaging, protective cases, or accessories originally supplied with the order are missing.
Buy-One-Get-One (BOGO) and Multi-Unit Offers
For promotional offers involving multiple products (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 2, Buy 2 Get 3), the following conditions apply:
- All products received as part of the promotional offer must be returned together.
- Partial returns of promotional bundles are not accepted.
- Refunds will only be issued once all items from the promotional offer are returned in their original, unused condition and in accordance with the requirements set out in Return Eligibility.
How to Initiate a Return
Customers wishing to initiate a return must contact support@sommalab.com within the 60-day return window. The request must include:
- the order number,
- the reason for return.
Additional information:
- Return instructions will be provided by our Customer Support team.
- Customers are responsible for retaining proof of shipment (tracking number or receipt).
- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected by our facility.
- All returned items must meet the requirements outlined in Return Eligibility (complete set, original, unused condition, with supplied packaging or accessories).
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only. If a gift card was used, the refund will be applied to the gift card first.
- Processing time: within 7 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that additional time may be required by your bank or payment provider for the funds to appear.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologize if you have received a faulty or incorrect item. At Somma, product quality is our priority, and we will work quickly to resolve any such issues.
- Claims for faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Assistance can only be provided for purchases made directly through our website. If you purchased from an unauthorized third-party retailer or reseller, please contact them directly.
To help us process your claim efficiently, please contact support@sommalab.com and provide the following:
- Your full name and email address used for the order
- Your order number
- The product name or description
Clear photographs showing:
- the fault or damage,
- the full product,
- and any Somma labels, packaging, or markings
Once reviewed, our Customer Support team will provide you with the next steps. Depending on the circumstances, you may be offered a replacement, exchange, or refund in line with our Return Eligibility requirements.

Somma reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the date of the latest update.
